Group Runs
Weekly organized runs with pace groups for different abilities. All participants must be 18+ and sign safety waiver.
Beginner: 6:30-7:30 min/km pace
Intermediate: 5:30-6:30 min/km pace
Advanced: 4:30-5:30 min/km pace
Structured Workouts
Specialized training sessions including intervals, tempo runs, and hill training led by certified coaches.
